Returns:
Regular online orders follow the procedures outlined below.
Delivery
• Delivery in Canada within 1 - 4 days
• Worldwide delivery within 4 - 8 days
You have a period of 15 days after reception of your order to return it to us. Note that items whose label have been detached cannot be returned.
Refund
Please note that items on sale or benefiting from a promotional discount are not refundable, but exchangeable, or credited with a voucher.
The refund will be made within 15 days from the date on which the return has been received by Naïf if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policies.
Are you in Montreal?
You can drop off your return directly in one of our stores.
Here's how:
1 - Bring your unworn items and in their original condition, as well as your invoice
2 - Drop off your items in one of our stores
3 - On weekdays, reimbursement is immediate via our online store. For weekends, reimbursement will be made the following Monday.
Can't make it to one of our stores?
1 - Send us by post the items to be returned, indicating your order number and the reason for the return in your package
3 - Upon reception of your return, we will, depending on the case, exchange, refund or send your storecredit for the amount of your return
